Hanifa accepts returns on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that select limited-edition drops and sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
